Sandi's Maternity Photoshoot: Dallas Photographer

This is one of my dear friends, Sandi! I have known her for just over 3 years now, and let me tell you, she is the sweetest person you will ever meet! She is truly a joy to be around! She has 2 little boys, and is pregnant with her first girl! I am so glad I was able to help her capture this sweet, special time!

Why I decided to become a photographer

I have always liked taking pictures. I love being able to capture those special times and moments and have them to look at forever. I generally always brought my camera with me everywhere, I wanted to be able to capture things for my kids to be able to look back at and see these moments from their childhood. I started taking pictures of friends kids birthday parties and giving them copies of them, even taking some family pictures for friends, as well as our own. I did't really realize how much I liked photography until recently when I was searching for something that I love to do that could be sort of an outlet for me. I love my kids, but I just felt a need to have something of my own! After a few months of pondering this, I realized how often I was on the computer looking at photography blogs and websites and how excited I would get when I saw a photograph that I loved! It hit me, I would love to be a photographer and I think I could actually be good at it! Shortly after that, a groupon came up that was a photography class, I called my mother-in-law and we took the class together! I learned a lot and really felt like I could just run with that information and it could only get better from here! I am so excited to venture on into this journey! Let me know if you would like me to take some photographs for you! I would be honored!
